CAC Virtual Yoga/Relaxation Meet-Up – December 9, 6-7 PM EST

The CAC invites you to a special virtual meet-up on December 9, 6:00-7:00 PM EST. Lisa Perry, a professional yoga instructor, will guide attendees in several easy yoga exercises and a relaxation session. Lisa is generously donating her time. Participants should dress comfortably and have a carpet space or mat. They should also have a chair, couch or wall and extra blanket available to use during the session. The session will last 20 minutes.

After the session, we will have time for conversation. After a stressful 2020, let’s end the year with relaxation and conversation with our STC community. See you there!

Lisa Perry, owner of Yoga at the Farm, (now Yoga from Home Studios) is currently teaching online from home and hybrid classes from Valley Crest Farm in Lebanon, NJ. Lisa has taught yoga classes in the Hunterdon County area for 17 years.

Lisa’s instruction experience includes: group and individual classes for people with special needs and considerations, classes for students and staff in schools, programs with the county parks system, volunteering at nonprofit organizations and corporate training programs. Lisa also offers workshops in meditation, restorative yoga, singing bowls, therapeutics and yoga hikes.

Dec. CAC Webinar: 2020 STC Community Reports Review

  • All the community reports available to community leaders
  • Where you can track your community’s current membership, and
  • How you can use the data for your member recruitment and retention projects.

There will be time set for the reports review, and for Q&A.

Now Available: Webinar: 2021 Annual Community Budgeting Process

Thanks to James Bousquet, STC Treasurer, guide us through this year’s annual community budgeting process on October 6th, 2020. This was a great webinar for STC community treasurer and community leaders. After attending this session, Community leaders should be all set to submit their community’s budget properly and on time this fall. Filing your income tax returns in the spring was also covered.

About the speaker:
After several years of STC community service, James Bousquet began serving at the Society level on the Community Budget Review and Community Affairs Committees. He is now in his second two-year term on the STC Board as Treasurer, chairing the Finance and Investment Committee and the Community Budget Review Committee. Jim is a customer trainer in the Life Sciences division of ATS Automation and lives in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
